For the tales of trekking, outdoor fun, and nature's magnificance!

Hello, welcome to my sleeping bag. Isn't it the most comfortable place to tuck yourself in? I was hooked into it after I felt such exhileration trekking the mountains of Nepal. A sleeping bag has become my cosiest object in the world. Spending nights in the uninhabited terrains, when the mystical beings over our heads carry millions of lights in search of the soul of the universe, you can listen to the beat of life, and lonesome souls in this planet and over beyond. It gets cold and dark out here. The celestial furnace hides out to refuel. The campfire strugles like a wounded, spent warrior gasping its last .. a big bear might sneak in for some dinner... Will you join me to keep the night going? Would you like to exchange tales? We can prod the logs and keep the cinder warm... The petromax will bathe us in the shadow of its light... the tent glowing like an alien craft in the dimness of the night, soon we will have the fire going again... the fire of our imagination... dreams... longings... adventures... and sighs...

Let's keep that fire burning, just to be safe...

The night fell so suddenly the weather might have been playing tricks with the land, and us. But there it was. After a sudden burst of rain, a blanket of cloud descended on the trail we were walking on forcing us to hurry to the next camp site, acting like a shephard making the sheep scamper faster. A hint of cool air helped our sweat dry under the rucksacks. The crisp air from the mountains filtered through the porous t-shirts. It had a hint of bite in its nippiness. It stung in your exposed skin like an invisible mosquito, stinging mostly the earlobes and the nose. More the reason to put up the tent and unflod the sleeping bag, and spend the night away in vigil... It is not advisable to walk in the dark, unless there is no good spots for tents. This part is dangerous... all kinds of animals roam the night, including the one within...
