Right after you cross the "mirror point," you will come across the open creek where you will find yourself surrounded by the canyon in real. This is what you will find when you look ahead. And on the trail there will be a marker that says 2 miles. You can go ahead a little bit farther, but this is absolutely the most charming spot if you are prone to be moved by the dance of the evening light and the song of the running water. There was a professional photographer who set up his tripod and was taking the pictures of the still water with all the reflections that we saw earlier on. |
