Our most exciting moment was saved for the last. On our way back we had a spectacle awaiting when the dry brush caught fire in the median of the freeway. We stopped for half an hour to socialize with the fellow travellers in the middle of the thoroughfare. Everyone's favorite pick was the "steroid" woman who could have kicked the "Rock" into another planet. The emergency fire crew did manage to douse of the fire without our help and let us pass through without much fuss or fee.
